Hi Steve ! Hello Steve, Sorry I haven't got back with you sooner but I have been staying up late enjoying my new sauna! It's great! I love it. I just want to tell you that I really do enjoy it and plus I wanted to tell you thanks for all the help with putting it up and being patient with my ceiling. You were a great help! If I know anyone that is in the market to buy a sauna they will definitely hear my story and get my recommendation to call you! This sauna has been an absolute joy I have been using it every night. The warm-up time and maintenance are so low compared with the spa I had in Houston. The heater and temperature system have also been functioning perfectly. Thanks for the kit and expertise.

The clincher though, was being able to call toll free and get all the other details finalized at 8PM in the evening by speaking with someone who obviously knew what he was talking about. It arrived well packed and on time, as promised. Being too busy myself, I had it assembled by the contractors who were doing my renovation. They were finished in an hour and raved about how easy it was to assemble. They were also impressed by the quality of the workmanship and innovativeness of the design. As for myself, I couldn't be more pleased with the final product. I must confess, I have been relaxing in it every single evening for the last 7 days. Thanks for all of your help and your suggestion for using a kit instead of a modular unit. We couldn't have done this without your guidance and encouragement. Attached are a few photos.
