• 2 x 6 clear tongue & groove clear Western Red Cedar planks for all
walls.

• Actual dimension is 1 3/8" thick x 5 1/8" exposed face with "V"
matched bevel machining on exterior.

• Insulated floor and ceiling fabricated with 5/8" thick clear Western
Red Cedar tongue and groove boards.

• Ceiling insulation is semi rigid pink
fiberglass with foil facing the sauna interior as a heat reflector.
Floor
insulation is rigid "Pink" insulation.

• Benches are also fabricated with 2 x 4 clear Western Red Cedar with
the top bench at 20" deep and bottom at 16" deep. Standard is one top and
one bottom bench.

• I'll include a third bench to form a "L top at no extra cost unless not wanted.

• Custom Cedar backrest in clear WRC is provided for the back wall above the top bench.

• Sauna stove is a 7KW wall mount Tylo Super-Sport. This unit requires a # 8
cable and a 40 Amp breaker. This is an excellent stove with on unit
controls that are easy to use. This stove also has a water trough built in
at the top of the unit behind the rock and element cavity. The upper part
is built with cast aluminum.

• Sauna door is made with clear Western Red Cedar and is available
with several glass options including 11" x 48" , 12" x 18" or 16" x 32", all
with tempered glass. Standard size for modular saunas is 24" x 72" or 24" x
74" as preferred.

• Interior wall mount light is included.

• Accessories include stainless steel pail and ladle, Cedar head rest
& wall thermometer.

The walls are joined using a unique interlocking system that squares itself into a strong and rigid unit.

Tightknot machined  Cedar planks, UL/CSA approved 100%  stainless steel sauna heater body and external mount control,vapor-proof light fixture,heater guard, pre-hung Cedar door with window, pre-assembled benches and duckboard floor for the open part of the floor, as well as an "essential accessories" package.

These saunas are free-standing units that do not require the support of existing walls. The walls  can be assembled from inside the Sauna... no space is wasted as the sauna walls will fit right against existing walls. The sauna should be placed on a waterproof surface.  Can be used outdoors with optional custom roof.

Wiring to the sauna control, the heater, and the light are concealed inside special channels on the wall.  Heater and light connections are made at the exterior control and usually require 10/3 or 8/3 wire at 240 volts.

The walls and ceiling are finished with tongue-and-groove tight knot Western Red Cedar, well known for its rich shades, fine grain patterns and aroma.
